Article VII – Ratification

The ratification of nine managers, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Charter between the managers and leagues.

Ratification of this should require a unanimous vote. If we are making rules for this league there should be no one against the rules. We all have to work through and comprimise and everyone has to atleast be ok with the outcome

Yeah you can't choose how many people are needed to ratify a charter in the charter - everyone should be reasonably okay with the charter before it becomes de facto law.

Anyways, it should have to be agreed upon by everyone. We're all gonna be invested in this league for at least the next 50 years (I personally plan on handing the rights to my team over to my kids when I die) so we should all have some say in what rules are made
