Article V – Trades

No trade shall be made in which a manager gives or receives money, food, drink, sexual favors, preferential treatment, title, or any other reality item that does not directly affect the managers-in-question teams.

Trades may include draft picks of any round and must be displayed on the Ass Clowns Forum for all to see.

Trades cannot openly increase one manager’s chance of success due to another manager’s lack of will to carry out a season.

A motion to override a trade must be passed by majority vote, commissioner included.

I think what should also be included is that this amendment does not protect the ignorant or stupid. There has to be a good reason to believe collusion is happening before a veto can take place. Just because a trade is unfair doesn't mean it merits a veto.

That is meaningless though. There are plenty of people, probably the majority in this league that would vote against a trade that makes one team a lot better and makes one team worse. If there is no collusion involved, then there should never be a veto to begin with.

I really don't think Devin's vote should have to be included... that's just way too much power. Furthermore, what if the commissioner is involved in the trade?
