OFFICIAL ASSCLOWNS FANTASY LEAGUES CHARTER

WE THE MANAGERS of the Ass Clowns Fantasy Leagues, in order to form a more flawless organization, establish order, insure internal peace, provide for common sense, promote the overall well being, and secure the blessings of winning to ourselves and our newbies, do authorize and create this Charter for the Ass Clowns Fantasy Leagues.

Article I – Leagues

Official leagues held by the Ass Clowns include, but are not limited to, one (1) Major League Baseball (MLB), one (1) National Football League (NFL).

Section 1 – Baseball

The Ass Clowns Fantasy Baseball League will run from the beginning of the official MLB regular season to the end of the 26th week of the MLB regular season

A head-to-head league of twelve (12) managers shall consist of the standard five-by-five (5x5) categories. Categories have an even number of hitting, including runs (R), home runs (HR), runs-batted-in (RBI), stolen bases (SB), and average (AVG), and pitching, including wins (W), saves (S), strikeouts (K), earned-run average (ERA), and walks-and-hits-divided-innings-pitched (WHIP).

Each team will contain one (1) catcher, one (1) first baseman, one (1) second baseman, one (1) third baseman, one (1) shortstop, three (3) outfielders, one (1) utility player, two (2) starting pitchers, two (2) relief pitchers, three (3) pitchers, five (5) bench players, and (1) disable list spot.

Playoffs will consist of the top six (6) teams. The top two (2) teams receive bye weeks the first round of play. The first two (2) weeks of the playoffs run one (1) week, with the Ass Clowns Championship running two (2) weeks. The playoffs will run during and between the 23rd and 26th weeks of the MLB regular season.

Section 2 – Football

The Ass Clowns Fantasy Baseball League will run from the beginning of the official NFL regular season to the end of the 16th week of the NFL regular season

A head-to-head league of ten (10) managers shall consist of the standard categories. Categories include passing, rushing, receiving yards (Yds) and touchdowns (TD), interceptions (INT), return touchdowns (TD), two-point conversions (2pt), and lost fumbles (Lost) for offensive players, field goals made (0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+) and point after touchdown (PAT) for kickers, and points allowed, sacks, safeties (Safe), interceptions (INT), fumble recoveries (Fum Rec), touchdowns (TD), and block kicks (Blk Kick) for defenses.

Each team will contain one (1) quarterback, three (3) wide receivers, two (2) running backs, one (1) tight end, one (1) kicker, one (1) defense, six (6) bench players, and (1) disable list spot.

Playoffs will consist of the top four (4) teams. The two (2) weeks of the playoffs run one (1) week each. The playoffs will run during and between the 15th and 16th weeks of the NFL regular season.

Section 3 – New Leagues

Other leagues may be implemented by popular demand.

For a league to be recognized as an Ass Clowns League the following requirements must be met:

1. Public announcements in all active Ass Clowns Leagues of the formation of the new league
2. Commissioner must be in a current Ass Clowns League manager.
3. Ass Clowns Leagues must fall under the Ass Clowns Charter obligations and regulations.
4. Maximum number of managers will be set at 12, minimum at 6.
